A Historical Timeline will be presented by our Elementary Students on Friday, October 31, one time only at 8:45am. Each Elementary student will research a person who has contributed significantly in history and then dress to represent this person in chronological order. Peace Day, which is often referred to formally as United Nations Day, is observed every year in October. Another occasion that is celebrated in October is International Children's Day, which is celebrated during the last week of October. This holiday was originally created by UNICEF to celebrate our cultural diversity and ethnic heritage. Book Fair – Save The Date

Dear Parents, The Barnes & Noble Book Fair begins in just a few days. Please make sure you bring the attached VOUCHER with you. There will be many activities for the children, as well as adult book tables. Don't forget to register at our "Greeting" table. There also will be a poetry reading by several teachers after 6:30 p.m. in the children's section. Please invite your family, friends and neighbors. Vouchers will be available at the greeting table. IHM’s Running Club participates in the Running Zone’s Race Series

Indian Harbour Montessori's Running Club participates in the Running Zone’s Race Series consisting of 7 races throughout the year. The school team challenge is open to all elementary and middle schools. IHM competes with elementary schools five times larger or more, some races have over 1200 runners! IHM has entered this series for the past three years. We have won the 1st Place Team Award for each of the three years. Former student stars in ‘Jersey Boys’

Former Indian Harbour Montessori student, Rachel Schur has been performing with the national professional tour of "Jersey Boys," the much ballyhooed, Tony Award-winning musical about the 1960s musical group The Four Seasons, for the past two years. Rachel, who graduated from Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy after attending IHM, is one of three women in the show and has 19 roles, including that of Francine, daughter of lead crooner Frankie Valli.
